Monday - Friday: 8am-1pm and 3pm-6pm
Saturdays: 8am-6pm
Sundays: 3pm-6pm by appointment only

Checkout time is 1:00 pm. No charge on day of departure if bathed/groomed, regardless of departure time. Two-day minimum charge, unless daycare. Lodging arrivals and departures are only accepted during normal business hours. After hours charges are at the discretion of Shel-Ray.
At Shel-Ray's discretion, your pet may be bathed or upgraded to different accommodations if deemed necessary for the well-being of pet and/or staff, at additional charges.
