Innoculations

All pets must have proof of their current inoculations PRIOR to their arrival. Dogs must have the DHLP-Parvo (parvo must be given after 14 weeks of age), Rabies, and Bordetella. Cats must have FVRCP and Rabies. If the inoculation information is not received, there will be a $5.00 charge to phone the vet. No pets under 4 months old will be accepted for boarding. Rates & Information

Prices are subject to change without notice. There is a 25% increase on all boarding rates for the holidays, which include: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

First-time customers are required to put down a deposit in the amount of 50% of their total bill in the form of cash or credit card upon arrival for boarding. The balance is due upon pick-up in the form of cash or credit card. Long-term boarding requires a payment every two weeks, with a two-week deposit at check-in.

Charges begin the day your pet arrives regardless of the time. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. There is no charge for the day of departure if the pet is picked up before the check-out time. There is no charge for the day of departure regardless of the time if you have your pet bathed or groomed the day of departure. There is a two- day minimum boarding charge, unless they’re here for  DayCare.

There are additional charges for:
Medications - $1.00 per dose and $3.00 per injection.
Special Diet - $1.00 per day for your own food
Bitch in Heat - $2.00 per day
Unneutered Male - $2.00 per day
Pets with special needs (sutures, bandages, injuries, etc..) - cost will vary depending on the need

Deposits

A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per pet is required for all rooms over the holiday times and a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all Theme Suites for every visit. The deposit will be applied towards the bill when the pet arrives. If a cancellation is needed, 72 hours notice or more is required and the deposit will go on your Shel-Ray® Pet Shalet account to use at another time. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the appointment date the deposit is lost.

Monday thru Friday: 8am -1pm and  3pm - 6pm
Saturdays: 8am - 3pm
Sundays: 3pm - 5pm by appointment only

Tours are given during the following times:
No Children under 16 or pets on tours

Saturdays: 11am - 1pm
Tuesdays: 3pm - 5pm
Thursdays: 11am - 12pm

Due to the dedication to our guests comfort and well-being,
tours may be limited at times. Please ask if tours are available at above times.

Checkout time is 1:00 PM. No charge on day of departure if bathed/groomed,
regardless of departure time. Two-day minimum charge, unless Daycare.
Boarding arrivals and departures are only accepted during normal business hours.
After hours charges are at the discretion of Shel-Ray. At Shel-Ray's discretion,
your pet may be bathed or upgraded to different accommodations if deemed
necessary for the well-being of pet and/or staff, at additional charges.
